Thank you for shopping with IndiaPick ("we", "us"). This Return & Refund Policy explains our returns, exchanges, and refund processes for purchases made on IndiaPick.in.
1. Overview
Because IndiaPick operates as a dropshipping store, returns and refunds are subject to the supplier's policies and depend on product type, condition, and the reason for return.
2. Return Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery unless otherwise stated on the product page.
- Products must be in original condition, unused, with tags and original packaging (where applicable).
- Products that are personalized, perishable, intimate, or marked non-returnable on the product page are not eligible for return.
- To be eligible for a return due to damage, defect, or wrong item received, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos/videos for verification.
3. How to Request a Return
- Contact us at shivamrane3224@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and supporting photos or videos (if applicable).
- We will review your request and, if approved, provide return instructions and the return address (often with the supplier).
- Follow the return instructions carefully; failure to follow may result in rejection of the return.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged item on arrival) or a defective product.
- If the supplier provides a prepaid return label, we will share it with you and cover the return shipping as per supplier terms.
5. Refunds
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your payment provider.
- Shipping charges (original or return shipping) may be deducted from your refund unless the return was due to our error.
6. Exchanges
Because many items are shipped directly from suppliers, we may not be able to offer direct exchanges; instead, approved returns will be refunded and you may place a new order for the replacement item.
7. Cancellations
- You may request order cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order; cancellations after the item has been shipped cannot be guaranteed.
- If a cancellation is approved before shipping, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
8. Lost or Undelivered Items
If your order is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date and we will coordinate with the courier to investigate; resolutions depend on courier/supplier investigation results.
9. Damaged or Defective Items
If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and an unboxing video when possible; we will assist in filing claims with the supplier and courier and provide a refund or replacement according to the outcome.
10. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted for items that are not in their original condition, items with missing parts, or items returned beyond the allowed return period at our discretion.
