1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • In case of high demand or supplier delays, processing may take additional time.

2. Shipping Time & Delivery

Since IndiaPick operates on a dropshipping model, shipping timelines vary depending on the supplier’s location and product type.

  • Estimated delivery time within India: 7–15 business days.
  • Some products may take up to 18–25 business days depending on supplier stock and logistics.
  • Delivery delays may occur due to customs, festivals, weather conditions, courier issues, or other unforeseen factors.

3. Tracking Your Order

  • You will receive a tracking link via email/SMS once your order is shipped.
  • Tracking updates may take 2–5 days to reflect depending on the courier partner.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout before payment.
  • We may offer free shipping on selected products or promotional offers.

5. Wrong Address or Incomplete Details

  • We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details entered by the customer.
  • If the package returns due to wrong address, re-shipping charges may apply.

6. International Shipping

At this time, IndiaPick ships only within India. International shipping is not available.

7. Order Delays

Delays may occur due to:

  • Supplier shortages
  • Customs clearance delays
  • Logistics or courier issues
  • Remote delivery locations
  • Natural events or holidays

We appreciate your patience in such cases.

8. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Once the package is marked as "Delivered", we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
  • If your package is lost in transit, contact us and we will coordinate with the courier to resolve the issue.

9. Damaged Items During Shipping

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24–48 hours with unboxing video and photos for verification. Replacement or refund will be provided as per our Return & Refund Policy.
